Samir is Founder & GP at Bombellii Ventures. Previously, he served on the Executive Committee of Technip Energies as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, where he led the Group’s global strategy, M&A, corporate venture capital, sustainability, marketing, and digital transformation.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across the energy, digital, and mobility sectors, Samir has held senior roles at Technip Energies, Schneider Electric, Alstom, and Areva, managing large P&Ls and driving transformation across complex global businesses.

Samir built 2 corporate ventures ecosystems touching 2600+ start-ups with checks ranging from $300K pre-seed tickets to +$400M growth rounds. He has managed 9 strategic sales so far.

Samir brings a rare combination of deep domain knowledge in infrastructure (power plants, substations, LNG, petrochemicals, rail, sustainable aviation and maritime fuels), technology (green hydrogen, power-to-X, carbon capture, sustainable chemicals, waste-to-X), and digital innovation (ADMS, DERMS, VPPs, microgrids). This cross-sector & Cross border fluency positions him uniquely in the realms of energy transition, climate innovation, and sustainable business.

Justin is Vice President Partnerships at Bombellii Ventures. He drives Bombellii Ventures’ relationship development across North American angels, early-stage VC communities & Founders.

As a founder himself, who built Realplay from idea to acquisition, successfully navigating all the milestones of the entrepreneur’s journey –  from raising millions in angel and venture capital, leading the company through product development, go-to-market, to  national expansion – Justin is ideally positioned to support founders within these ecosystems leveraging his firsthand experience to pressure-test early-stage strategy, and support capital formation.

Marie has a recognized expertise in leading global IR & capital raising initiatives, managing LPs relationships & driving cross-border business development. At Bombellii Ventures, Maries leads our IR & capital raising initiatives for our Fund I while building the foundations for our upcoming Fund II.
