Marie brings 25 years of global experience in financial services, investment banking & alternative markets at companies like SocGen, Credit Suisse, Unicredit, Fidentiis (BestInver) & ATA Invest across 9 countries, 3 continents.
- Marie carried 5 operating business development roles in early to mid-stage companies and lately IR in PE at Lafayette RE.
- She leads BV global IR, LP engagement, and cross-border business development.
- She also assists portfolio companies in structuring their future rounds strategy.

Kelly brings over 20 years of experience across venture capital, strategy consulting and company building, with experience at Battery Ventures, Simon-Kucher, EY and JPMorgan Chase. Her combined expertise consists in:

- Climate technology and deployment, with a Master’s from Harvard University focused on scaling climate innovation.
